Having played the pipes and Celtic music for many years - I love sharing what I've learned with my students. We'll take the Great Highland Bagpipe journey together - the music, the mechanics, the styles, the history. And we will have fun! |
The Process
|
It is really quite simple to get started. We will get you started on a practice chanter (much like a recorder) to begin learning finger position and how to make musical sounds. Then we will move to some basics of the style and a few simple tunes. This is all in preparation to get you to the actual bagpipe.
Initial outlay is around $100-$150. |
